Areas for Thought
When do you wish to put your home on the market?
What time period is desired for a sale; such as, would this sale be part of a 1031 Exchange?
Did the home receive any damage from Sandy or have any recent upgrades or renovations?
Does the home need some repairs/maintenance items completed or being sold ‘as is’
Most homes on LBI are sold mostly furnished, would you be selling furnished or unfurnished?
How do you wish to handle the buyer’s agent commission?
