Searches:

Search our Featured Properties – a sampling of our properties with pictures, amenities list, rates, availability and a description of what makes them so special.

Search our ‘Golden Sand Dollar’ Properties – These are our Luxury Properties; these properties have earned our Golden Sand Dollar designation by offering higher level amenities and are in tip top shape.

Search our entire Rental Site – Explore the different types of homes, location and prices.

To get the most out of your search, here are a few suggestions:

Start your search with only the most important criteria chosen initially, better to be too broad than narrow. Leave out ‘Style’. Don’t pick too many amenities, if the almost perfect home is missing just one item you have chosen, it won’t show in the results

Zone is used when a general section of the Island is acceptable, this saves you time clicking on each town name.

  • South Zone is Brant Beach to Holgate
  • Middle Zone is Ship Bottom & Surf City
  • North Zone North Beach to Barnegat Light

Not sure what all the town are or where they are located, use the Google Map below to determine where you want to be. We are starting you at our office location in Surf City, feel free to head north or south.
