New Tenant Form

All information needs to be filled out completely in order for Sand Dollar Real Estate to properly process the lease. Please be sure your tenant has the ability to receive the lease via email.

Please make sure your tenant has made a firm commitment to rent your property prior to sending us this form. Also be sure to let the tenant know that they are to send the security deposit directly to you and all questions or issues with the property are to be directed to you.
