Jim Saxton's office looks like one belonging to a guy with only days to retirement. Plaques and awards from three decades of public life are off the wall and on the floor and shelves. In another room, files stack high on a staff desk. In a few days, the Republican's papers will go to Burlington County College, his awards to a house elsewhere in town and the 65-year-old congressman into retirement. Saxton is leaving office at the end of this year after 26 years in Congress, having never lost an election since 1975 - for neither Congress nor seats in New Jersey's Assembly and Senate. More
